The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) has confirmed that all 100,000 trainees enrolled in the Second Phase of the Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) programme will sit for their Project Management Examinations on Wednesday, 24th September 2025.
According to the ITF, the examinations will be conducted by the Chartered Institute of Project Management of Nigeria and will test candidates on the soft skills components of the training, which include project management, safety, and professional ethics.
Speaking ahead of the exercise, the Director-General and Chief Executive of ITF, Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, said the Fund remains committed to building globally competitive artisans. “Our focus is to ensure that Nigerian artisans are trained, certified, and licensed with internationally recognized certifications to compete in both local and international markets,” he stated.
Dr. Ogun added that partnerships with institutions such as City & Guilds London (UK), ALBERK QA TECHNIC, and the Project Management Institute, Abuja, are part of ITF’s strategy to strengthen Nigeria’s workforce.
“We wish all our SUPA trainees success in their examinations,” the ITF noted in its statement.
