The trainee program targets high-performing graduates interested in investment banking, engineering, and project development, offering them structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across its energy, gas, and industrial infrastructure projects in Nigeria.
According to the company, “The Graduate Development Program is designed to build commercial, analytical, technical, and leadership skills through project rotations and close collaboration with industry experts.” Participants will go through discipline-specific tracks in Economics, Finance, and various Engineering fields, all structured to strengthen strategic thinking and professional excellence. The program prepares graduates to play key roles in advancing Africa’s energy and industrial infrastructure.
The roles available under this initiative include Finance Graduate Trainee, Economics Graduate Trainee, Chemical Engineering Graduate Trainee, Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Graduate Trainee, and Mechanical Engineering Graduate Trainee.
Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Finance, Accounting, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of Second-Class Upper or Upper Credit. The program is open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one to two years of relevant work or internship experience. Candidates must possess strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills, as well as excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
3F Capital stated that applicants must be willing and able to work in plant or field environments and adapt to rotational assignments. The location of the program is Victoria Island, Lagos, and the company describes the pay as “very attractive.”
