Mouka has announced the rollout of the 6th edition of the Mouka Award for Excellence, an initiative introduced in 2020 under the company’s fifth CSR pillar, “Skills for Life.” The award is designed to recognise the best graduating students across Nigerian universities while also promoting the importance of quality sleep in achieving academic distinction.
Since its launch, the Mouka Award for Excellence has reached several notable institutions, including Nile University of Nigeria in Abuja, Covenant University in Ogun, Achievers University in Owo, and Elizade University in Ondo.
Speaking on the initiative, Chief Commercial Officer of Mouka, Dimeji Osingunwa, stressed the link between quality sleep and academic performance.

The Mouka Award for Excellence provides cash grants to the best graduating students in each faculty of participating universities, enabling them to take the next step in their academic or professional journey. For secondary schools, the award is presented to the overall best graduating student.
