ETL Engineering Services Limited has announced the call for applications for the ETL Academy Women in Engineering Fellowship 2026, aimed at empowering women through hands-on training in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. According to the organisers, the programme is “completely free and fully sponsored by ETL Engineering.”
The fellowship offers eight weeks of intensive practical training followed by a three-month internship. It will take place at ETL Engineering Services, Omole Estate, Ikeja, Lagos, with only 20 female engineers to be selected.
The application period runs from December 2025 to January 2026, while the training is scheduled for February to April 2026. The internship will follow for three months after the training.
Eligibility requires female engineers with a minimum of OND in any engineering discipline who reside in Lagos State. “Proximity to Omole Estate, Ikeja is an added advantage,” the organisers stated.
