The Ogoni Entrepreneurship Summit (OES) hereby invites applications for its ₦200 million Recoverable Grant Revolving Fund, a flagship initiative designed to support Ogoni entrepreneurs in Rivers State. The scheme is focused on strengthening local businesses, improving access to finance, and encouraging sustainable economic activities across Ogoniland. Through this initiative, OES aims to help entrepreneurs grow viable enterprises that can create jobs, improve livelihoods, and contribute meaningfully to community development while promoting responsible business practices.
Who can apply?
The scheme is open to start-ups, existing businesses, and micro-enterprises or traders who are seeking funding to scale operations, expand market reach, and improve productivity.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate commitment to business growth, job creation, and positive economic impact within Ogoni communities. The programme is structured to accommodate entrepreneurs at different stages, provided they meet the stated requirements and have participated in the Summit.
The OES Recoverable Grant Scheme will be administered through a transparent, merit-based process, complemented by structured mentorship and continuous monitoring to ensure accountability, growth, and sustainability.
