The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has announced an open call for applications under the Erasmus K+ 107 Mobility Project, targeting eligible staff members for a short-term international training programme. The opportunity is strictly for FUTA staff and is aimed at improving professional capacity, exposure, and international collaboration.
The training mobility will take place at the University of Jaen, Spain, from April 20 to April 24, 2026. Participants selected for the programme will take part in structured training activities designed to enhance institutional knowledge sharing and global best practices.
The call is open to the following categories of staff:
- Academic staff of FUTA
- Non-academic staff of FUTA
Eligibility requirements outlined in the notice include:
- Academic staff must be Senior Lecturers, Associate Professors, or Professors in the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology or the School of Sciences
- Non-academic staff must not be below the rank of Assistant Registrar or its equivalent
- Applicants must possess an international passport valid for at least six months from June 2026
