Nigeria AI Scaling Hub Opens New Job Roles

The Nigeria AI Scaling Hub is accepting applications for several roles as it expands efforts to support artificial intelligence development in the country.

The Hub said the recruitment covers roles across policy, coordination, delivery and communications to support Nigeria’s National AI Strategy.

The Nigeria AI Scaling Hub, also known as AISH, is a national initiative created to “accelerate the responsible and inclusive deployment of Artificial Intelligence in Nigeria.” It is hosted by Lagos Business School and supported by the Gates Foundation.

According to the Hub, AISH links global best practices with local implementation by addressing gaps in computing, technical capacity and regulatory frameworks, with focus on maternal health, malaria prevention and education.

The initiative brings together government, the private sector and academia to scale AI solutions that are ethical, sustainable and nationally relevant.

Available positions include:

  • Enabler Coordination Lead (Private Sector)
  • Enabler Coordination Lead (Public Sector)
  • Hub Officer
  • Use Case Acceleration Lead
  • Stakeholder Management & Communications

The Hub said the roles offer applicants a chance to contribute to the design, coordination and delivery of AI initiatives with national impact.
