Some Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) trainees are currently seeing “No Data” for their biometric attendance verification on the system. The issue has raised concerns among trainees, especially as monthly stipends are now tied strictly to verified biometric records.
The “No Data” status typically could mean that attendance was not taken, the information has not yet been uploaded or synced, or there is a temporary system issue. Trainees affected by the situation are to confirm their attendance status with their training centre coordinator, who is responsible for capturing and uploading attendance records.
Trainees who are certain they attended training sessions but whose biometric attendance is not showing are encouraged to report the matter promptly to avoid possible issues with stipend processing.
Note that TVET trainees who fail to complete their biometric verification will not be paid their monthly stipend.
