CGC Nigeria Limited (a Chinese Company), has opened its Engineering Graduate Trainee Program for 2026, inviting applications from young engineering graduates. The one-year program is designed to nurture future professionals while supporting its growth strategy and sustainable talent development.
CGC Graduate trainee program is structured to identify, train, and retain high-potential engineering talents who will become part of CGC Nigeria Limited’s future workforce. Trainees selected for the program will undergo direct and structured training under designated training units within the organization.
The program will run for one year, during which participants will gain hands-on experience and professional guidance. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned new positions within the organization. At the end of the training period, engagement may either be renewed or terminated based on performance during the program.
The eligible disciplines for the program include Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Road and Bridge Engineering, Geology Engineering, Survey and Mapping Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree such as B.Eng, B.Sc, or an equivalent qualification in any of the listed fields.

On eligibility, applicants must not be more than 30 years of age and must have completed NYSC, with a discharge or exemption certificate required.
