Applications are now open for the Climate Skills for Youth Program 2026, an initiative created to empower young people who are passionate about climate action, green innovation, and building practical skills for the future. This intensive capacity-building programme is designed to move beyond theory by equipping participants with real-world knowledge and tools they can apply directly in their communities.

Organised by the Coalition for a Brighter Earth (CBE), the Climate Skills for Youth Programme (CSYP) focuses on developing practical, market-relevant skills in climate action, biodiversity conservation, and environmental leadership. The programme combines expert-led training, structured mentorship, and project incubation to ensure participants not only learn but also implement solutions that drive measurable environmental impact.

Participants will gain hands-on experience, deepen their understanding of sustainability challenges, and learn how to turn climate ideas into actionable projects. The goal is to nurture a new generation of young leaders who are prepared to champion green initiatives, influence policy conversations, and build sustainable ventures that support environmental protection and economic growth.

The programme is open to young people aged 18 to 35, including students, graduates, entrepreneurs, activists, and community leaders. It welcomes individuals with a genuine interest in climate, the environment, sustainability, or green business. No prior technical experience is required. What matters most is commitment, passion, and a readiness to move from ideas to implementation.

The application deadline is 20th March, 2026. Interested applicants can apply through the official application form at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfvouuo7-HlwnenzoUsqTeqjQSYvHaagIRfpGx3CjQYqeHl0w/viewform
