Applications are open for the IDEAS-TVET Free 6-Month Bricklaying and Concreting Training Programme, implemented by CoopEdu in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education under the IDEAS-TVET project and sponsored by the World Bank. This initiative is designed to equip Nigerians with practical, in-demand construction skills while providing financial support throughout the training period.
Successful applicants will receive intensive, hands-on and site-based training in modern bricklaying techniques and concreting methods, guided by industry best practices. In addition to gaining practical experience, participants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the six-month programme.
The programme is open to all Nigerians who are interested in developing technical skills in the construction sector.
Training is scheduled to begin on January 12, 2026, and registration is still open.
