Nigerians can now apply for the NNPC–Seplat Energy Youth Entrepreneurship Programme 2026, a hands-on training initiative designed to equip young people with practical skills in solar and mini-grid installation, maintenance, and clean energy solutions. The programme focuses on building real technical capacity, enabling participants to design, deploy, and manage renewable energy systems that can improve electricity access in underserved communities.
Since its launch in 2024, the initiative has trained 129 individuals, providing them with hands-on experience and industry-relevant knowledge needed to support energy access projects and develop sustainable careers within the clean energy sector. Beneficiaries are exposed to real-world applications, preparing them for both employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in the growing renewable energy space.
