MTN’s MoMo Payment Service Bank (MoMoPSB) has opened applications for its TechSpark Graduate Programme, a structured initiative aimed at developing young Nigerian tech talent for the country’s growing digital financial sector.
The programme is part of the company’s broader effort to strengthen Nigeria’s digital financial ecosystem by building a steady pipeline of skilled professionals in technology and innovation. It is designed to prepare participants for careers across key areas driving modern financial services.

MoMoPSB describes the TechSpark Graduate Programme as a 12-month immersive experience tailored for young, curious individuals eager to learn, build, and contribute to the evolving digital finance space. To be eligible, applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields
- Completion of NYSC or nearing completion
- 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL
- Understanding of software development concepts, APIs, testing, debugging, and version control tools like Git
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
