The organisers of the Nigeria Tertiary Institutions Arts and Crafts Expo (NTIAC) have opened registration for the 2026 edition, inviting artists, students and creative professionals across the country to participate in the national exhibition scheduled to hold at the National Theatre, Lagos.

NTIAC, a national initiative of Image Nigeria Event, is designed to provide a platform for creatives to showcase their works while promoting unity through arts and crafts. Participation in the programme is free.

According to the organisers, the expo is open to undergraduate students studying Fine, Applied and Creative Arts in tertiary institutions, as well as professional artists, creative entrepreneurs, educators, curators and other practitioners in the arts sector.

The statement noted that the primary objective of the registration is to identify and onboard eligible participants nationwide who are willing to exhibit their works and be part of a growing national creative platform.

It added that while priority will be given to participants who can attend physically at the exhibition venue in Lagos, structured options have also been made available for individuals who prefer to submit their works virtually.

The theme for the 2026 edition is “Using Arts and Crafts as a Unifying Force for National Integration and Unity.”

Prospective applicants are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate details about their participation and submitted works through the official link: forms.gle/BzfswuTNTJ3aSyuG6

The organisers encouraged interested participants to apply early, noting that the initiative aims to strengthen collaboration, visibility and opportunities within Nigeria’s creative industry.
