The Tony Elumelu Foundation has invited qualified business consulting firms to submit proposals for the 2026 IYBA WE4A Entrepreneurship Programme.
In a request for proposal (RFP) shared via its official channels on Saturday, the foundation said it is seeking experienced partners to support the evaluation process for women-led green businesses across Africa.
According to the notice, selected consulting firms will be responsible for conducting a detailed review of business plans, financial projections, and pitch videos submitted by applicants from eight African countries.
The foundation explained that the engagement forms part of efforts to ensure a transparent and credible selection process for entrepreneurs participating in the programme, which focuses on supporting women operating in the green economy.
Interested firms are expected to demonstrate strong expertise in business advisory, financial analysis, and startup evaluation, particularly within emerging markets.
The RFP further stated that submissions must be sent via email to tender@tonyelumelufoundation.org on or before Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation is known for its commitment to empowering African entrepreneurs through funding, training, and mentorship initiatives aimed at driving economic growth across the continent.
