The federal government, through WAWU Africa, has directed applicants of the 10 Million Nigerian Youths and Women Upskilling Initiative to begin checking their email for training link.

In an update issued on Sunday, WAWU Africa, one of the key implementing partners of the programme, said registered applicants will receive unique training links via email, signalling the transition from registration to the learning phase.

The organisation stated that each participant will be given access to courses through the links sent, enabling them to begin training immediately, one course at a time.

According to the update, the training is designed to equip beneficiaries with practical, job-ready skills, while also offering certifications upon completion of each course.

WAWU Africa explained that the programme will also connect participants to job and opportunity platforms, where their newly acquired skills can be matched with real employment and business opportunities.

It noted that while the initiative does not promise instant success, it is structured to provide clarity, credibility, and access to opportunities that can support long-term career and business growth.

Participants were specifically instructed to monitor their email inboxes for messages from Alison, the learning platform responsible for delivering part of the training content. They were also advised to check their spam or junk folders to avoid missing important notifications.

WAWU Africa further encouraged participants to remain committed throughout the programme, stressing that consistent engagement and course completion are key to benefiting fully from the initiative.

The update reinforces the programme’s objective of empowering millions of Nigerians, particularly youths and women, with relevant digital, financial, and entrepreneurial skills.

Applicants who have not yet received their training links were advised to remain patient while continuing to check their email addresses for updates.
