The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is inviting researchers, academics, and professionals to submit papers for a chance to attend the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV) 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Selected applicants will receive full sponsorship to participate in a special workshop focused on data-driven digital governance and economic development.
About ICEGOV 2026
ICEGOV 2026 is the 19th edition of the global conference organised by the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV). The event will take place from 28 September to 1 October 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The conference brings together policymakers, researchers, and industry experts to discuss innovations in digital governance and public sector transformation.
What NITDA is Offering
NITDA will sponsor the lead authors of the top three selected papers to attend the conference. These selected participants will take part in a dedicated workshop built around the theme:
Sectoral Data for Development: Leveraging Indicators for Data-Driven Digital Governance and Economy.
