Programme Structure
The 2026 edition is divided into two key phases:
1. Pre-Fair Training (Free Entry Pass)
Selected applicants will undergo a compulsory 4-day soft skills training scheduled for May 2026. This training also serves as the official entry requirement for participation in the recruitment fair.
The training will cover essential workplace competencies, including:
- CV writing and personal branding
- Interview preparation techniques
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Professional conduct and workplace etiquette
Participants will engage in interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators, mentors, and industry consultants.

Upon completion of the training, participants will proceed to the main recruitment fair, where they will interact directly with employers actively seeking candidates.
The recruitment fair will hold in May 2026 at:

Ikeja, Lagos
This phase provides a practical opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their readiness for employment and secure job placements.
