The Women of Divine Destiny Initiative (WODDI) has announced a call for applications for State Coordinators and Assistant State Coordinators across Nigeria, as part of efforts to deepen its impact at the grassroots and strengthen community-based leadership.
WODDI, a non-profit organisation established in 2008 and incorporated under the Nigerian Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), continues to expand its reach in empowering women, youth, adolescents, and persons with disabilities by addressing systemic barriers, poverty, and social exclusion.
The organisation is seeking committed and purpose-driven individuals who can drive its mission at the state level through coordination, leadership, and community engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected State Coordinators and Assistants will be expected to:
- Coordinate all WODDI activities within their respective states
- Lead and supervise Local Government Administrators
- Build and sustain a strong community of women across their state
- Represent WODDI’s vision and mission at the state level
- Drive impactful transformation initiatives in their communities
Target Locations
The current call prioritises applicants residing in:
- FCT Abuja
- Ekiti State
- Kwara State
- Ondo State

WODDI Good Mother Network (WGMN)
A key component of the organisation’s programme is the WODDI Good Mother Network (WGMN), a pan-African formation system delivered largely online. The initiative is focused on restoring and strengthening the role of women as foundational pillars of families and society.
The network provides a structured and inclusive platform where women are nurtured to embody values such as responsibility, leadership, and community building, while also fostering mentorship, advocacy, and empowerment opportunities.
Through this initiative, WODDI aims to:
- Build a strong, connected community of women across Nigeria and Africa
- Understand and address the real needs and challenges faced by women
- Create pathways for leadership development and social impact
- Promote peace, unity, and sustainable growth through women-led initiatives
