The Plateau State Government has rolled out a new workforce development initiative aimed at connecting young graduates to global job opportunities through a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) programme based in Jos.

The initiative, introduced under Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang’s “Time Is Now” agenda, is positioned as part of a broader push for talent discovery, youth development, and job creation across the state.
According to details released in the announcement, the programme is being implemented in partnership with international organisations, including Outsource Global and MTN, to support the pilot phase of the BPO initiative.
The goal is to create employment pathways for thousands of Plateau graduates by enabling them to work on global projects while operating from a structured, tech-enabled workspace in Jos.
Requirements
The programme is currently recruiting young, qualified individuals for remote roles that will serve international clients while remaining physically based in Plateau State.
