Bitget has entered a partnership with Bondex to connect Web3 learners with global job opportunities, positioning the collaboration as “a bridge the industry’s been missing” in addressing talent access gaps.

The partnership centres on Bitget’s newly launched Blockchain4Youth (B4Y) Learning Hub: Semester 1, an initiative aimed at converting theoretical blockchain education into employable skills. The programme is designed to move beyond awareness campaigns by offering structured training and career-ready certification that signals verified competence to employers within the Web3 ecosystem.

Ignacio Palomera, Co-Founder of Bondex, said the lack of clear pathways into the industry remains a major barrier for young entrants. “Most young people trying to break into Web3 hit the same wall: they take a course, then have no network, no verified credentials, and no clear path to a job,” he said, highlighting the disconnect between learning and employment.

By integrating education with professional networking, Bitget is attempting to standardise entry into the sector for over 15,000 participants already engaged across its youth-focused initiatives. The Learning Hub provides participants with both technical grounding and access to opportunities, effectively linking skill acquisition to job placement.

Bitget’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ignacio Franco, said the programme is designed to make career pathways in Web3 more visible and attainable. “Interest alone does not always show young people where to begin. The Learning Hub is about making that first step feel more real by giving learners knowledge, recognition, and a better sense of where this path can lead,” he said.

Through the partnership, certified learners are onboarded into Bondex’s talent ecosystem, enabling direct visibility to employers hiring through web3.career. Participants who complete the curriculum and pass assessments receive a Certificate of Completion and gain priority status within the B4Y Talent Alliance.

Palomera described the collaboration as closing a critical gap in the Web3 talent pipeline. “Finish the programme, build a verified profile, be discovered in the Bondex trusted talent pool, and apply directly to companies hiring,” he said.

The move signals Bitget’s broader shift from a digital asset exchange to an active builder of Web3 talent infrastructure, aligning education, verification, and recruitment into a single pipeline.
