The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has reopened applications for young Nigerian graduates seeking workplace experience, mentorship and monthly financial support of up to ₦150,000.

The programme, backed by the Federal Government, the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is targeted at recent graduates looking to build practical skills while working with reputable public and private organisations across the country.

Delta State Government, in a public notice shared through its official channels, encouraged qualified graduates in the state to take advantage of the opportunity before the application window closes.

According to the announcement, the fellowship programme offers “hands-on training, mentorship, professional development, exposure to real work environments and monthly stipends of up to ₦150,000,” aimed at helping participants prepare for long-term career success.

The NJFP is open to Nigerian graduates who completed their studies from 2022 upward. Applicants must also have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme and currently be unemployed at the time of application.

The organisers explained that successful applicants would be posted to organisations where they would gain workplace experience while receiving career guidance from experienced professionals in their respective fields.

“The Jubilee Fellows Programme remains open to qualified applicants. If you meet the eligibility requirements, we encourage you to apply and be part of this impactful initiative,” the statement read.

The programme has continued to attract attention among Nigerian graduates due to its combination of paid work experience, mentorship and networking opportunities at a time when many young people are struggling to secure stable employment.

Officials say the initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the practical demands of the labour market by placing fellows in structured work environments where they can develop industry-relevant skills.

The application portal is currently active on the official NJFP website www.NJFP.ng, while applicants have also been advised to complete and submit their applications within the stipulated timeline.

For interested candidates, the organisers stressed that only eligible graduates who meet the stated requirements would be considered for placement under the fellowship programme.
