Applications are now open for the BOA National Agricultural Mechanisation Programme (NAMP), a tractor financing initiative by the Bank of Agriculture (BOA) in partnership with Heifer Nigeria.

The programme is designed to provide Mechanisation Service Providers (MSPs), Youth Agripreneurs, and Women Agripreneurs with access to modern tractors and agricultural implements through a structured Lease-to-Own model. The initiative aims to improve agricultural productivity, increase cultivated farmland, and support food production across Nigeria.
Under the programme, beneficiaries will have access to tractors procured by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanisation Programme. A total of 2,000 tractors will be managed through a Pay-As-You-Go system that allows participants to gradually own the equipment while using it for agricultural operations.

Lease Features and Conditions

- 15% to 25% down payment required upon approval
- Pay-As-You-Service (PAYS) repayment model
Successful applicants will be required to make the applicable down payment based on their approved category before accessing the Lease-to-Own arrangement.
