Technology Talent Services (TTS) Nigeria has opened applications for a programme aimed at equipping young Nigerian women with practical skills and connecting them to employment opportunities in business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology-enabled services.

The coalition initiative is led by Tech4Dev in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, Univelcity, Semicolon and PIC. It aims to train 30,000 young women and support their transition into dignified, well-paying jobs.
The programme is open to women living in Lagos, Abuja, Enugu and Edo, with training and roles available in several areas. These include customer service, client support, service executive, field sales, sales and marketing, business development, B2B telesales, field coordination and FTH engineering.
Participants are expected to build practical workplace skills, prepare for employment and explore opportunities in the BPO and technology-enabled services sector.
The initiative also encourages applications from women living with disabilities, internally displaced women and nursing mothers. Applicants should review the stated conditions before completing the online form.
The programme brings together training and job pathways, giving participants a chance to strengthen communication, service delivery and digital workplace abilities relevant to the listed positions. The announcement does not specify a closing date yet.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be Nigerian women aged 18 to 35. They must live in or be able to access one of the programme’s 12 focus states, have completed secondary education (SSCE or equivalent), and have graduated from any further studies they may have undertaken. They must also have a phone or another device capable of completing an online application.
