The Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Skills-to-Jobs Programme is inviting National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members posted to Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to apply for free digital and creative skills training.

The programme aims to equip participants with practical, job-ready skills and connect digital talent with employment opportunities during and after their service year.
Training areas include:
- User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX)
- Graphic design
- Coding
- Cybersecurity
- Data analysis
- Digital marketing
- Content and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Creative arts
- Fashion design, among other fields.
According to the programme flyer, 80 per cent of trained participants gain access to verifiable job opportunities. Applicants should check the official registration page for details about training, selection and participation.
