The Bank of Agriculture (BOA) has opened applications for its Renewed Hope Smallholder Support and Value-Chain Programme, offering dry-season financing for 2026/27 to qualified Farmer Aggregation Companies (FACs) and offtakers with established farmer networks.

The programme is designed to help aggregators and offtakers finance smallholder farmers through access to agricultural inputs, irrigation equipment and structured markets.

Support covers seeds, fertiliser and crop protection products, as well as pumps and irrigation equipment. The scheme also seeks to strengthen market linkages for agricultural produce, helping participating farmer networks plan production and connect with buyers.
