The programme is designed for recent graduates seeking to build careers in the financial services industry. Participants will undergo structured training, attend workshops, learn from experienced staff and mentors, and gain exposure to different departments within the company.
Trainees may support research, analysis, documentation, projects and presentations while developing technical and professional skills. They will also collaborate with teams, attend meetings and receive feedback to improve their performance. Afrinvest operates in investment banking, asset management, securities trading, trust services, and investment research and consulting.

Eligibility requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a first degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Have graduated with First Class or Second Class Upper.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) no earlier than July 2026.
- Be aged 20 to 27 as of December 31, 2026.
- Be a recent graduate with zero years of post-NYSC work experience.
- Be available for the full 24-month programme.
Candidates should also demonstrate communication and research skills, adaptability, initiative, teamwork, time management and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is required, alongside familiarity with data analysis tools.
