The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has closed its 2026 recruitment portal, ending applications on November 1.
The commission said new applications would no longer be accepted, while submitted applications are under review.
Applicants should monitor their email addresses and the recruitment portal for further announcements.
Each application will be checked against age and qualification requirements for the relevant cadre.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified through the email address used during registration and through the portal.
The EFCC has yet to announce screening dates. Shortlisted applicants must bring a printed copy of their submitted application and the original documents uploaded during registration.
The commission warned applicants against fraudulent offers, stressing that the closed portal cannot be reopened for a fee.
It said no agent is authorised to collect money on behalf of candidates, urging applicants to rely only on information published through its official portal.
Applicants with questions may contact the commission through info@efcc.gov.ng.
What happens next
Applicants should wait for the review process to be completed, check their email and the portal for shortlist announcements, and follow official instructions if shortlisted. Screening dates will be announced later by the commission.
