The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has begun reviewing applications for its 2026 recruitment exercise after closing the portal on November 1.
Its official recruitment portal marks application review as “in progress”. New applications are no longer being accepted, and the next stage is the publication of the shortlist.
Each application will be checked against the age and qualification requirements for the applicant’s chosen cadre. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through their registered email addresses and the recruitment portal.
The EFCC said screening dates would be announced later. Successful applicants must present printed copies of their submitted applications and the original documents uploaded during registration.
How to check
Applicants should visit the official EFCC recruitment portal and sign in to their accounts regularly for updates about their application status. They should also monitor their registered email addresses. The commission said applicants do not need to take further action while the review is ongoing. Recruitment is free, and no agent is authorised to collect money.
