The Federal Ministry of Interior has introduced a new Online Citizenship and Business Management Platform aimed at improving transparency and efficiency. In an official statement, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Dr. Magdalene Ajani, said the platform was created to enhance service delivery for citizens and investors.
“This initiative is designed to provide seamless access to citizenship and business-related services,” she stated. The digital transformation promises quicker application processing and a better user experience.

The Ministry warned the public not to use ecitibiz.com, as it is not affiliated with them. Instead, users are advised to visit the official site at interior.gov.ng or go directly to candb.interior.gov.ng for all transactions. This move supports Nigeria’s ongoing e-governance and public service reform goals.
