June 3, 2025 – The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has officially announced a new date for the screening test of its 77 Regular Course. According to the latest release, the NDA Screening Test—initially postponed—will now take place on Saturday, 14 June 2025 across designated centres nationwide.
The Academy confirmed that the screening will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). In a statement shared on its portal, the NDA said, “All applicants are therefore advised to visit the NDA portal to select their centre of choice for the screening test from 5 to 9 June 2025.”
Applicants are warned against choosing more than one centre. “Selecting more than one centre will result in automatic disqualification from the admission process,” the statement added.
To qualify, candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 marks in the official JAMB result. Those who meet this benchmark will receive an email invitation from the NDA, guiding them to register for the CBT screening.
The registration process includes logging in to the NDA portal and making payment through REMITA, followed by selecting a preferred screening town. After selection, applicants are to print an acknowledgment form and wait for NDA to assign their test centres. Once centres are assigned, applicants should print their Screening Test Admission Card, which will contain important information such as exam location, date, and time.
On the exam day, 14 June 2025, candidates must report at their allocated centres early and with the right documents. These include the acknowledgment form, screening test admission card, JAMB registration slip, and two postcard-sized photographs. The photos must display the applicant’s name, state of origin, screening centre, JAMB number, course of study, and a signature on the back.
For candidates who selected NDA as their first choice in JAMB but haven’t completed their application, the portal has been reopened. “The application portal will remain open till the midnight of 4 June 2025 for such candidates to complete their application,” the NDA clarified.
