Following the successful signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding with the federal government, Investonaire Academy has confirmed it is moving forward with its goal to train 100,000 Nigerian youths every year in forex trading, investment strategies, financial literacy, and risk management. The initiative is supported by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, and designed to equip young people with the tools needed to build wealth and achieve long-term financial stability.

“This program is now in full swing, and we’re excited to see the energy from the youth,” said a spokesperson from the Ministry. “It’s not just free financial training, it’s a chance to build futures.”

The academy’s approach will combine gamified learning, goal setting, and cutting-edge trading techniques to make complex topics easy to understand. The training is also backed by well-known forex brokers FXTM and Alpari, and will include mentorship from industry experts to help students apply what they learn in real-life financial markets.

Over 500 young Nigerians have already joined the waitlist, showing strong interest from students, NYSC corps members, and aspiring traders. The academy will feature four learning tracks, and most students finish the main curriculum in three to six months, studying just 5 to 10 hours per week. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion recognized by partner institutions. Those who go further can earn advanced certifications that improve their career options in the finance and investment industry.

Investonaire Academy calls itself “The Academy of Future Millionaires,” and its mission is to provide practical, hands-on education in a space often limited to professionals. “We want African youth to stop being consumers and start becoming investors,” said an academy representative.

The official program will launch on August 29, 2025 in Abuja. Those who register early stand a chance to win brand-new laptops, tablets, and gain access to exclusive mentorship sessions. All participants receive raffle tickets at sign-up.
