June 17, 2025 – The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has officially announced a review of its service fees, which will take effect from August 1, 2025. This was made known through a public notice released by the Commission’s management.

According to the CAC, the revision is part of its ongoing effort to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and maintain a digital-first approach to corporate registration in Nigeria.

“In the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees,” the notice stated. The Commission highlighted that this decision followed “careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, rising operational costs, as well as engagement of critical stakeholders ahead of implementation.”

The revised fees are designed to support the Commission’s commitment to prompt and efficient service delivery. CAC emphasized that the updated pricing remains modest and competitive, and is aligned with its digital transformation goals.

“This review is crucial to ensuring that the Commission continues to provide technology-driven services that meet the expectations of its stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian economy,” it added.

The Commission further assured that transparency and customer satisfaction remain central to its mission. The full schedule of the new service fees is available at https://www.cac.gov.ng/resources/.
