The Adamawa State Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) has announced that it is set to commence the digital data capture for the Fintiri Business Wallet program. This initiative is aimed at empowering individuals through a structured poverty alleviation scheme supported by the state government.

According to the agency, field officers will report to their assigned areas on Monday, 23rd June 2025, while the main data capture exercise will take place from Tuesday, 24th June to Friday, 27th June 2025. The process will be held at local government secretariats across the state.

In a statement signed by the management, it was clarified that “only individuals who have not been previously featured in the programme are eligible to participate.” Those who do not have an account are required to come with their NIN number and a passport photograph to open an account with Zenith Bank.
