June 30, 2025 – CIRCO Hub Nigeria, in collaboration with the Consulate of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is calling for applications to its second track of circular economy training, scheduled for July 14–25, 2025.
The program uses the globally proven CIRCO methodology to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and professionals adopt sustainable business practices. Participants will receive expert guidance on turning waste into value, improving environmental performance, and lowering operational costs while accessing international certification and strategic connections.
“This hands-on, free training offers practical tools for businesses in sectors like manufacturing, fashion, agribusiness, and packaging to rethink their processes and reduce waste,” the organizers said in a statement. “It’s about designing smarter and building a more resilient business.”
CIRCO Hub Nigeria Track II offers a two-week consultancy that helps participants develop a launch-ready circular concept, improve their ESG profile, and increase their funding readiness. The goal is to support Nigerian entrepreneurs in creating new revenue streams from waste while cutting costs.
Eligible applicants include registered Nigerian citizens or legal residents who own product-based businesses with unique value propositions. The business must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), have operated for at least three years, and maintain standard financial and bookkeeping records.

SMEs in manufacturing, fashion, agribusiness, and packaging
Multinational companies seeking to recover value from waste
Production and marketing professionals in the manufacturing sector
Applicants must be able to commit two members of their team, specifically from product development and marketing, to the training schedule.
