2025 BECE Results Committee Holds Meeting at NECO HQ

The Award Committee meeting for the release of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results was held at the National Examinations Council (NECO) Headquarters in Minna, Niger State.

The session was chaired by Dr. (Mrs) Folake Olatunji David, Director of Basic Education, Federal Ministry of Education. In attendance were NECO Registrar/Chief Executive, Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, NECO management members, and selected secondary school principals from across Nigeria.

Dr. Olatunji David emphasized the exam’s importance, saying, “BECE remains a critical tool in assessing learning outcomes for junior secondary students.”
