The Lagos State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) has officially extended the date for its Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the ongoing recruitment into Local Government Councils and Local Council Development Areas.

Originally scheduled to hold on Monday, 7th July 2025 from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, the test will now take place over five days—from Monday, 7th July to Friday, 11th July 2025.

According to the Commission, the extension became necessary due to heavy traffic and congestion experienced by many candidates during the initial testing hours. The aim is to ensure every applicant gets fair and convenient access to the test without being disadvantaged by environmental or technical challenges.
