The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) has announced Project 100K Jobs, a fresh campaign aimed at creating jobs and supporting small businesses across Lagos State. The campaign, which runs from August to November 2025, is designed to give residents access to employment, business loans, and strategic partnerships.

Project 100K Jobs is set to take place in 12 different locations across the state. According to LSETF, the initiative is targeted at opening opportunities for job seekers, small business owners, and organisations ready to drive economic development.

Residents are advised to look out for the nearest Local Government Area (LGA) or Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

“This bold move stems from our mandate to enable job creation in Lagos. We are enabling access to finance for small businesses and access to job for job seekers. Small business owners need loans to scale. Job seekers need opportunities. Project 100k is LSETF’s promise to bridge that gap,” the agency stated.

Benefits

The initiative includes three key benefits:

1. Loans: Get business loans at 9% interest rate, no collateral, flexible repayment plan. Just come with your BVN, LASRAA ID, 6-months bank statement. Look out for the closest LGA or LCDA to your location.
2. Job Placement without Job No Hassle
3. Partnership: LSETF partners with organizations across Lagos to create even more opportunities for small businesses and job seekers. Calling on interested organizations – send them an email via info@lsetf.ng.
