The training is designed to improve teacher performance through modern teaching methodologies, digital literacy, learner-centered approaches, and innovative classroom management techniques.

In addition to the training, every participating teacher will be provided with a brand-new tablet device.

These devices are expected to enhance lesson planning, digital resource access, learner record management, and the overall integration of technology into the classroom.

This provision reflects the government’s commitment to improving education outcomes by ensuring teachers have the tools necessary for effective teaching and learning.

The Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has continued to prioritize the education sector as a key driver of development.

Through this initiative, his administration aims to create a solid foundation for quality education, increase pupil engagement, and secure a brighter future for young learners.

Speaking on the programme, Dr. Babayi stated, “A well-trained, well-equipped teacher is the backbone of a strong Education System. With this initiative, we are not just training teachers; we are giving them the tools to inspire, innovate, and change lives.”

The training is scheduled to commence as follows:
