ActionAid Nigeria (AAN), an affiliate of ActionAid International, has announced a public call for Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the production and supply of 500 diaries for the year 2026. The organization, which focuses on social justice, gender equality, and poverty eradication, stated that the initiative aligns with its Human Rights Based Approach to development and empowerment.
According to ActionAid Nigeria, “We are inviting interested and qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest to produce or supply 500 diaries.” The organization emphasized that this opportunity is open to companies that meet the required eligibility standards and can demonstrate experience in similar services.
The eligibility criteria include submission of a company profile with a certificate of incorporation, contact details of key personnel, a verifiable list of previous clients, and a Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors must also provide evidence of a physical corporate address and a proposed budget for the supply of the diaries.
AAN noted that “all prospective vendors must submit a physical sample of the proposed 2026 diary, including the accompanying pen, for technical evaluation. Digital mock-ups will not suffice.” The samples are to be delivered to the ActionAid Nigeria office in Abuja.
The diary specifications include an A5 size, innovative back cover, and stitching that allows it to lay flat when opened. Each diary should contain between 110 and 120 pages, feature one-tone or two-tone colors in red, white, black, or grey, and include a pen and pen holder. ActionAid Nigeria also stated that the diaries must be durable and locally produced, adding that “Made in Nigeria is compulsory.”
Interested vendors are to send their applications to procurement.nigeria@actionaid.org with the subject line “Production of 500 Diaries.” All submissions must include the eligibility documents and physical samples. Vendors must be able to deliver within two months of commissioning.
ActionAid Nigeria announced that the deadline for submission is Monday, November 10, 2025. The organization warned that failure to comply with submission instructions could result in disqualification. Physical samples and previous productions should be submitted to the Procurement Committee at ActionAid Nigeria, Plot 477, 41 Crescent, Off 4th Avenue, Gwarinpa, FCT, Abuja.
