The Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies (ADCOITES), Gulak, has announced a wide-scale recruitment exercise targeting qualified Nigerians for both academic and non-teaching roles.
Established in 2025 by the Adamawa State Government under the administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the institution is positioned to drive technical education, innovation, and entrepreneurship development across the state and beyond.

Available Academic Positions
ADCOITES is seeking lecturers and academic staff across several specialised departments. These include:

- Procurement, Supply, Economics, and Business Administration
- Micro-Finance and Entrepreneurship Development
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
- Renewable Energy Engineering Technology
- Fashion Design and Clothing Technology

Academic Staff Categories
The institution is recruiting for the following academic ranks:
Senior Lecturer II
Candidates must possess either a Master’s degree with at least 12 years’ experience or a PhD with a minimum of 9 years’ experience. Academic publications and conference papers are required, alongside professional body membership.
Lecturer I
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience or a PhD with relevant publications and conference participation.
Assistant Lecturer
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is required.
Graduate Assistant
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper or HND with Distinction, along with NYSC certification.
Foundation and General Studies Unit
Positions are also open in core subjects including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
Both Assistant Lecturer and Graduate Assistant roles are available under the same qualification structure as above.
Non-Teaching and Technical Positions
The college is also hiring experienced professionals for administrative and technical roles. These positions are strictly open to Adamawa State indigenes.

- Principal Internal Auditor (ICAN required)
