The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation has announced the start of the fifth cohort of the AIG Public Leaders Programme (PLP). This new class includes 72 public servants recognized for their exceptional leadership qualities and dedication to driving positive change within the public sector.

According to the foundation, participants will spend six months engaging with top faculty members from the Blavatnik School of Government. During this period, they will focus on strengthening their leadership and policy-making skills to improve governance and service delivery.

“These participants will apply their learnings by delivering targeted reform projects within their Ministries, Departments, and Agencies,” the statement read. The AIG PLP aims to build a new generation of capable and ethical public leaders committed to reform and innovation in governance.
