xiv. Medical Library Assistant
The general requirements for applicants are:
1. Medical degree from an accredited institution
2. Completion of residency/fellowship (for some vacancies)
3. Board certification or eligibility in a relevant field of study from a recognized body
4. Valid medical license in home country and eligibility for professional registration
5. Certification in relevant field of study
6. Minimum 2 to 10 years’ experience (depending on the job role)
7. Exposure to or practice in resource-limited healthcare settings
8. Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and the ability to implement quality improvement initiatives
9. Ability to accurately diagnose and manage a wide range of critical illnesses
10. Proficiency in using medical equipment
11. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
