Applications are now open for Developers Foundry 2.0, a free one-year fellowship designed to move tech professionals from entry-level to mid-level talent. The program is available to developers in Nigeria and Ghana who have 2–3 years of experience and want to level up in high-demand tech careers.
“This fellowship is focused on building Africa’s next generation of tech leaders,” organizers announced on Tuesday.
Participants can choose from six key learning tracks: Frontend Development, Backend Development, Mobile App Development, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity, all fields with high demand and strong earning potential globally.
Successful applicants will gain hands-on learning, work on real-world projects, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. “Our goal is to bridge the skills gap and connect African talent with global opportunities,” a spokesperson said.
To qualify, applicants must be based in Nigeria or Ghana, and have prior experience in tech. Only 100 qualifying participants will be selected.
The application deadline is August 8, 2025.
How to Apply
Apply now via Developers Foundry Office Form. Only one entry per applicant is allowed. Applicants will be required to submit a headshot and a one minute video detailing their motivation for applying and why they are a perfect fit.
