Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has launched the EnuguSME × Turing Tech Training Program (ETTP) to place Enugu State at the forefront of digital workforce development. The initiative, created in collaboration with Turing Tech Ltd. and the Office of Digital Economy, aims to empower young people in the state by preparing them for international tech careers with guaranteed dollar earnings.
Enugu is officially stepping into the global outsourcing economy. This program is creating a pipeline of world-class digital talent ready for international opportunities, all from the comfort of home.
The ETTP is designed to build global-ready skills in software development and artificial intelligence, positioning Enugu as a major outsourcing hub in Nigeria. The program promises not just training, but real job placements with competitive international salaries.
According to the Enugu SME Center, “With ETTP, your tech skills go global. You learn, upskill, get certified, and placed, with guaranteed earnings after training for one year.”
Training Track
Participants will go through 12 months of world-class training in full-stack web development, covering both front-end and back-end software development, all built to international standards. The training also includes readiness for remote work.
What’s Included:
i. Upskill in Full-stack software development (Frontend and Backend), AI/ML fundamentals, and remote work readiness
ii. Earn a tech certification
iii. Secure a guaranteed international tech placement earning ₦1,000,000+ per month
iii. Guaranteed job placement through Turing Tech’s extensive global employer network.
i. Massive earning per month: Year 1: ₦1,066,667/month (₦12.8 million annually after deductions)
Year 2+: ₦2,280,000/month (₦27.36 million annually)
Participants are only required to pay a commitment fee of ₦400,000, which is 5 percent of the total training cost.
There is no need for a government subsidy or bank guarantee.

Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old from any part of the world
2. Be digitally literate
3. Available to commit 20 hours a week for training
