Apply for Betaglass Apprenticeship Programme (BAP) 2026

Betaglass has opened applications for its 2026 Apprenticeship Programme (BAP), offering young Nigerian OND graduates a pathway into technical careers within the manufacturing sector.

This 12-month programme combines practical training with hands-on experience in a world-class glass production environment. Successful candidates will work and learn at Betaglass facilities in Agbara, Ogun State, and Ughelli, Delta State.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Hold an OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Glass Technology
• Have a minimum of Lower Credit
• Possess 0–2 years of work experience
