Betaglass has opened applications for its 2026 Technical Trainee Programme (BTTP), offering young Nigerian graduates a structured pathway into the manufacturing industry.
This programme provides a 12-month intensive practical training combined with real work experience in a world-class glass manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will be trained at Betaglass factories located in Agbara, Ogun State, and Ughelli, Delta State.
The initiative is designed to equip participants with technical skills, industry exposure, and hands-on experience that will support long-term career growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Printing Technology, or Glass Technology
- Have a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or Lower Credit
- Have completed NYSC
- Possess 0–2 years of work experience
