The programme is designed to provide participants with comprehensive development, hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. The focus areas include manufacturing, production, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Qualifications/Requirements
Applicants must have a B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or a related discipline. Candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme and have 0-2 years of relevant post-NYSC work experience in a core manufacturing, production or plant environment. Applicants must not be more than 27 years old. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
