Orange Group has opened applications for its Production Trainee Program, a programme designed to develop young professionals for careers in manufacturing and production.
The initiative is part of the company’s commitment to building high-performing teams that drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth across its operations.
Through the bootcamp, selected candidates will receive structured training aimed at equipping them with practical production knowledge, technical exposure, and real workplace experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The programme is designed to groom ambitious young professionals and prepare them for long-term roles within the production and industrial sector.
Participants will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals, allowing them to understand modern production processes, operational standards, and efficiency practices that guide large manufacturing organisations.
The programme is open to applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1). Candidates must also have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess at least two years of relevant work experience.
Applicants are expected to have an academic background in Pharmacy, Engineering, or other science-related disciplines that align with manufacturing and production operations.
