FirstBank has opened applications for its 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme for young Nigerians looking to build a career in the banking sector.

The programme is designed for graduates who are intelligent, innovative, result-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants are expected to have strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should also be good team players with excellent problem-solving abilities.
To qualify, applicants must not be older than 27 years by 30 June 2026. Candidates must also have at least five credits in SSCE, including English Language and Mathematics.
Applicants must possess a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND Upper Credit in any discipline. Completion of NYSC on or before 30 June 2026 is also required.
